It’s all a part of the plan…
My past did not exactly go as I had planned, but as they say, everything happens just the way it is supposed to. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. My past has given me the privilege to educate and guide those who may be walking a similar path in search of their freedom.
My coaching programs developed themselves through the journey of my recovery from a long-standing toxic relationship. I am grateful to be able to use my expertise along with my doctorate to help those who find themselves struggling where to begin once the dust settles.
Today, I help those who struggle with making themselves a priority. This includes those who have fallen victim to or have been involved in one or more toxic relationships in their lifetime. Freeing oneself from the prison of the toxic relationship can seem nearly impossible for those trapped within the abusive cycle. We know that isolation is a common weapon used by a toxic person to make others feel they are alone. I assure you, you are not alone.
As an emotional abuse graduate, I know what it feels like to be alone, to be the only one who sees what is really going on, and to be the one who feels like something is wrong with me. I believe 100% that had I been aware of the characteristics of the toxic person and had a support system to draw strength from, I could have saved myself years of struggling, as I would have been equipped with the knowledge and accountability to better handle my situation.
My mission is to make aware as many as I can about the toxic relationship, provide programs to educate and strengthen the confidence and self-worth of those torn down and be a happy inspiration of hope to those who are yet trapped within this cycle.
